Content Management

Why Content Is Important?

The design of your website is vital in making a good first impression to your visitors, but the content of your website is the best tool for building relationships with your visitors. Your website will not be able to sell your services and products until the content written on your website is valuable.

A successful website requires quality content to represent your brand and it must be search engine optimized, original, and informative to provide your visitors the information they need to decide whether to utilize your service or product.

Keep in mind that content is king and is the foundation of your website. Websites must be built around content, keywords and phrases NOT the other way around.

Approach & Process

We will talk one-on-one to thoroughly understand your content needs and goals. To start the content strategy we will fill out our content management questionnaire template and will create a detailed customized content strategy requirements document for you.

Based on our discovery meeting, we will create and present you a complete content strategy requirements document that represents all of your content goals and expectations. We will also present you a proposal with timeline.

At this is stage we will use the signed-off Content strategy business requirements document to actually start to design a strategic content plan for you. Once we are done we will present you our detailed design document and request a sign-off to proceed to actual coding and development.

At this stage we will use the signed-off Content strategy business requirements and design documents to actually start the writing and development of your content.

At this stage we will test your completed content development against both the requirements and design documents to ensure it is properly written and functioning.

After successful testing all of your content development, we will implement it into production.  Once all content is released into production the post production team will take over the monitoring and maintenance tasks.

In this ongoing phase, all of your written content will be constantly monitored by our team to ensure it is running properly. Bugs and defects discovered in production will be logged and fixed ASAP.
